Comment reviews: I was really excited to buy the product but have run into a few problems. Videos will not convert correctly or play on the device. Also, the directions were awfull. I was told that the device was faulty and to return it. I will, but hope that the next one will perform better. Good things about it are that the pictures are nice, i was able to easily put pictures on it, although some must be converted. I was able to figure out how to add music after some time but it definately takes patience on account of the misleading directions. Overall i say it was ok because for the most part they helped me through a lot of the problems i was having with the device, It is a good product for the money.
